Everyone was friendly and professional. It took longer than I had expected, but it was Sunday and the store may not have had full staff. I was happy to be able to get the tires changed without missing work. Overall, good job by everyone! :)

I had an excellent experience at this Firestone location. Josh, Nate, and James went above and beyond — from the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything my car needed, with no pressure and no confusing jargon. The work itself was impeccable. My car runs great and everything was done efficiently and on time. On top of the technical skill, their customer service really stood out — they were patient with my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend this Firestone if you want honest advice, quality work, and a team that actually cares about their customers. Ask for Josh, Nate, or James — you’ll be in great hands!

Have you ever wanted to go on a website, set up an appointment, select your tires and then get a call 20 minutes later telling you that they don't carry those tires (despite being the first option on the website that says they're still in stock), that time slot is filled (despite being one of 2 times the website says is open)? Oh boy is this the place for you. But wait there's more, when being rescheduled they'll also try to upsell tires that are 2-3x the cost of your original tires until they mysteriously find cheaper tires. Luckily there's an appointment soonish (conveniently on a weekend when their competitors are closed) and they can fit you in. Great. Two hours and forty-three minutes later uh-oh turns out the tires they told you they had are the wrong ones and the only ones they do have are $300 dollars more expensive and not in stock, and all you have to do is listen to a guy poorly pronounce the brand name, when that doesn't work, don't worry there's an alternative that costs $3 less. What a shocker. At the end of it all, i found a nice dirty trashbag on my car seat that they conveniently left in my car. This really made my sunday fantastic and I'm truly grateful to have

Destin, the manager at this Firestone, is “AWESOME!” He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, listens to you, and actually cares about getting your vehicle fixed and back on the road. Even though he is extremely busy, he takes the time to make sure you understand what is wrong with your vehicle, what options you have to fix the issue, listens to any concerns you may have, and explains your invoice, in the event you have any questions. He goes above and beyond to keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and makes sure you leave Firestone with a smile on your face. He is definitely an asset to Firestone, and the reason I take my car to this Firestone. In today’s world, it’s hard to trust anyone, but I trust and value his opinion and professional knowledge 100%. I would recommend anyone and everyone to take their vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care on North Main Street in Gainesville, FL. 😊 Five stars for Destin, the manager! He went above and beyond by calling SilverRock directly to get my vehicle's repair work approved. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything to me, in terms I could understand. Exceptional service!

After getting my engine fixed, I had a slight issue that needed to be looked at. Jen made sure I was tended to quickly, James ensured that communication was effective and understandable, while Garrett worked on the car and handled the issue as fast as possible. They were all so polite, respectful, and quick. They got me out just in time for work and now my car is riding like it’s brand new! Thank you so much💯!
